What do voters perceive , when government leaders market the Republican party as the “Party of NO ” ?

It reminds me of parents telling the their toddlers " No " . No you can’t put scissors in your mouth .

I see the Democrat party as the toddlers and the Republicans acting like parents .

They think ‘Wow it’s about time someone said no’.

I perceive that Republicans are indeed the party of NO.
Then I do my own research because I hate to trust the government, but at least on this issue, they’ve hit the nail on the head.References :

Because they’ve said no to every single piece of positive legislation that has passed. They killed America from the inside out and even apologized for it recently (Bush Sr. apologizing for giving Saddam Hussein guns and 3 billion dollars). The idiot party screwed us over in the 80’s and in the first 8 years of the 21st century. They’re a party of war-mongering hate spreading torture supporting party of egotistic hypocritical scum sucking criminals.
